Accurate Estimates:

Using our state of the art software, we create a 3D image of your property and the areas that have been damaged, enabling us to create a very detailed estimate, which is calculated room by room, There is no  "ballpark" estimate, like so many contractors prefer.

Our estimate includes supportive photos of the areas of damage. It will include all the costs for materials for all processes We know the labor costs of electricians, plumbers, roofers, carpenters, and other tradesman.

The implementation of our technology uses pricing that is updated every 3 months, specific to your geographical region. Our estimate is difficult for your insurance company to argue with, and will also serve you well when the time comes to hire contractors to do repairs. You will be " in the know"

Wondering about your personal contents? They are covered.

When your property has been damaged by fire, smoke or water there will undoubtedly be damage to the contents. That means, furniture, electronics, bedding, clothes etc. may have been destroyed, damaged or soiled. In a business; furniture, inventory, and equipment may be destroyed.

Insurance companies require that property owners prove that their contents are damaged and then ask the owner to provide documentation for the cost which they paid, in the form of receipts. This is very tedious, difficult and sometimes impossible. We can complete this difficult task for you, by providing what the insurance company requires.
